Lauren LammLicensed Esthetician

Lauren is a New Jersey–licensed esthetician with experience across plastic surgery, medical aesthetics and patient care. In a plastic surgery and medical aesthetics practice she assisted with pre- and post-operative patient care and education, conducted skincare consultations, and prepared patients for advanced treatments including lasers, HydraFacial and chemical peels, while upholding clinical cleanliness standards and patient documentation. As an account manager for a medical skincare line, she built customized regimens for medical spa and aesthetic clients and led product education and training for providers. Her hands-on patient care experience includes monitoring vital signs, mobility and daily-living support, and infection control, alongside a strong healthcare administration background in patient intake, insurance verification, authorizations and billing support. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a minor in Finance from Montclair State University, completed her esthetics training at the Artistic Academy of Hair Design and Circadia University’s Product Knowledge course, and is pursuing nursing at County College of Morris.
